HEPA vacuums and filtration devices are used to ensure mould spores are not spread to the indoor air and are removed from all surfaces. Often ozone treatments are used has a final measure to remove odours. After the remediation process is complete a final inspection is done and clearance testing is provided to confirm the mould has been removed.
